This notice explains what Tesseract Global does with the details you send through the forms on tesseract.global.
What we collect
- Programme requests: your name, organisation, role, work email, country and the programme details you write.
- Partner applications: company and contact details, countries of operation, specialisms, licences, delivery references and any company profile you attach.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, assess a partner application, and prepare a proposal or bid you have asked us to take part in. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our business email. Access is limited to the Tesseract Global team. When a programme goes ahead, relevant details may be shared with the vetted delivery partner working on it, and only with your knowledge.
What the website itself collects
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page opens. Netlify keeps standard server logs to operate and secure the site.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as they are needed for the request or partnership, and delete enquiries that do not progress within 24 months.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@tesseract.global.
